We are currently building a new CMS. A simple system for people with low knowledge of HTML. It has only a few controls, to post and update content. For that, we need a new skin. In the attachment you will find a description and HTML (version 5) generated by this CMS for the admin. This project is about designing a skin and writing CSS (version 3). The skin needs to have a simple, sleek and professional look. We will need the original .PSD file(s), and ready to use CSS including sliced images. If you are going to bid, please provide us with examples of your previous experience.
