Concrete loads

I drive a concrete truck and need a db to save all my loads and the amounts of money I get paid for those loads each day, week, fortnight, month, quarter and FY. Hopefully this can be done by submitting each load quantity and distance travelled on a set day by accessing a spreadsheet that has all the load quantities and distances travelled on it (I will manually change these every 3 months as they are updated every 3 months). Then the data input will be saved in the weekly, fortnightly, monthly, quarterly and FY spreadsheets. I need a database that: 1 - I can double click on an icon of my choice (the picture can be changed later if need be); 2 - The db will then greet me with a window asking me "Please input your Docket Number, Date, Load Quantity and Distance Travelled for every load today to be calculated; 3 - Then the data will be saved in a Daily, Weekly, Fortnightly, Monthly, Quarterly and FY spreadsheet; 4 - Then the db will also calculate the BAS (BAS is and acronynm for Business Activity Statement and is for a type of tax. The BAS amount which is 1/11 or one eleventh of each total load amount; 5 - The db will also calculate the total m3 (metres cubed) carried on a Daily, Weekly, Fortnightly, Monthly, Quarterly and FY basis which is at the bottom of the relevant spreadsheets; and 6 - Lastly I would like to be able to run reports either represented in the spreadsheets I have created but if it can't be which I suspect it can't then that's OK, an Access report format is great. I will be buying a new PC and running either Windows 7 or Windows 8.1 with Office Pro 2010. I can provide the xls when needed.
