Need a database that can track the entry of new BPO orders with entry date, invoice #, fee paid, vendor name, due dates and assigned date, turn around time per vendor, payments by vendor, turnaround time for payments per vendor, outstanding payments due, orders still due, etc. Several types of reports would need to be created to track stats and payments. I would like to have this database live on my computer locally - but would be interested in finding out the cost of creating this on a website so I can access this data from anywhere. If it will be web-based I am open to other types of databases. -

If you have a good database design, it will be easy for another programmer to put it accessible from intranet or Internet, I don't program for web.

Good Evening! I have 7 years of direct experience implementing solutions in such as this in Access this for a large health insurance company. On the side I take on some of these projects as a hobby from this website. I would need to get a few additional details regarding the reports that you are looking for to confirm my bid but it seems like you need a somewhat basic workflow with some reporting for your BPO process. I have experience as well building applications that store data on a web server making them accessible as long as there is an internet connection available. O propose you a database with remote access and remote application for accessing it. If you want only a functionality, it may be inexpensive. Price depends on your demand concerning a kind of an interface. Price may be also lower then 250.
