Autocrop, despeckle, deskew image

This is a simple imaging processing project. You must understand the Autocrop function found in a lot of scanners software, else you won't understand this requirement. As the title suggest; a function needs to be made which will take a scanned image; autocrop any extra area around the image (image could be in bw,gray,color),despeckle, & adjust angle of the image (deskew). For the deskew part, there is already a class (DocumentSkewChecker, [login to view URL] namespace) in the [login to view URL] open source framework. We expect it to be developed in .NET. We will supply scanned images of different shape, color & resolution. We may be open to using a open-source but you must tell us before using any and can not use any SDK or propitiatory stuff. We will have exclusive right to the developed program. We'd like to have this by this weekend. We must be able to test the function, which could be in a form etc. before the final acceptance.
