Certian search function or look up feature needs to be added to MS access database

I know how daunting it is to try and describe what you are wanting. I have been doing my contracting work with VWorker/Freelancer for the past 3 years, I had completed 70 projects ranging from Excel VBA to SQL Server database constructions.
