This project will help the average consumer business succeed when using customer service.? In today's work place, the biggest demonstration of a business is it's lack of costumer service.? With this it will provide basic scripts to follow and read-along with to provide the best service possible, give a set of easy to follow guidelines, and different scenarios for different situations you may encounter.? ? Possible for different types of businesses there will be different sets of scenarios.?
Example Scripts: Hello this is ____, thank you for calling _______, how may I assist you today?? (reponse)? Whatever the situation may be you must always keep calm, smile, and remember you are there to serve them.? If you need to look something up, take the time to say, please hold mam or sir while I look into this.? If you do not know the answer off hand, kindly ask the customer to hold while you locate the answer.? Ask the costumer is they mind holding momentarily.?
Always remember at the end of the conversation to ask if there is anything else you can help them with.? If so, continue on and if not, end the conversation with, thank you (name if you remember) for calling ____, and have a great day.?

The purpose of this program is to assist the customer service aspect to the business and with the use of these tools and skills, this should better the reputation and profit of the business itself.? The more assertive, friendly, customer oriented, and loyal to what you represent (work for), the more successful you will be.? This is not meant to be the answer and sole reason beehind whether or not you business fails or succeeds but as a tool.? When the program is learned, the more knowledgable the organization will become and the need for the tool will be used more as a reference and a guide for those struggling or just starting off inthe customer service indutry or aspect of the business.
