I am looking for someone who can help manage my customer enquiries and complaints for my eBay/Amazon stores. Currently I receive around 10-20 emails per day but this may increase to 30+. The ideal applicant would have experience in customer support for ecommerce and speak fluent English.

I ran an e-commerce site a few years ago, as well as selling on eBay and Amazon so am fully experienced in this type of work. I also come from a customer service background (call centres and reception work) and currently work in the hospitality industry so my customer service level is very high indeed.
