Administrative/Personal Assistant - Australia Only

We require an Administration/Personal Assistant for a one off basis to attend an all day Real Estate training event being held in November. Role will include assisting the Director of the business and the Trainer on the day with administrative duties and making sure that the trainees have everything they need. It will also include some emails, phone calls, data entry and word processing before and after the event. Although there is roughly two days work required at this stage, this will lead to future ongoing work. Ideally we are looking for a freelancer that is already set up to do this type of temporary work. Preferably the right person for the job will have Real Estate experience or some knowledge of the Real Estate profession.
