Chinese Content writer and Virtual Assistant

We're looking for a Content writer to create high-quality content for our company products. And looking for a Virtual Assistant to help me manage calls and emails, schedule events, and help me stay on top of all of my obligations. Make sure that we need only the Chinese persons to handle both jobs, since we are going to deal with our chinese clients. Your responsibilities: - Develop content themes based on the direction and creative brief provided by our team - Write creative copy including headlines, tag lines, positioning statements and feature copy for articles, web content, emails, training materials, direct marketing materials and more - Ad-hoc writing projects as they arise - Data analysis/entry into Excel, Word or other programs - Research using the Internet or other information databases - Outbound calling to clients, vendors or others - Travel planning and coordination - Email management - Other miscellaneous tasks that can be performed online - Must be accessible, online and on Elance Work View during agreed-upon office hours Your qualifications: - Excellent writing, grammar, spelling and formatting - Expertise in web copy, SEO, and online (email) marketing a plus - Previous experience as an administrative assistant preferred - Broadband Internet connection - An exceptional portfolio that demonstrates an ability to create compelling copy for a wide variety of brands, audiences and industries - Strong understanding of Internet and online communication tools - Ability to multitask and take on multiple projects - Ability to meet deadlines - Strong communications skills and attention to detail a must - A complete Elance profile - References or an established reputation on Elance preferred
