clean up wp site, add menu, re-organize content,

I have a site at first choice roofing pa dot com that needs the existing blog post turned into pages, and the current pages deleted. The main menu is also hidden behind the header slider, and the site looks terrible, and the content is laid out in a poor fashion. I need the menu fixed to show properly. I also need the content that is currently in "posts" transferred to "pages" and then added to the menu. I need the upper shading above the header changed to more of an off-white rather than dark grey (not currently available in site themes) - basically it needs to go well with the current logo. I also need the content laid out on the site in a way that is visually pleasing and looks organized.
