Customer Service Representative

Summary: We are looking for a Telemarketing Executive for one of our client. Should be well versed in English and should be comfortable speaking with US based clients. Prefer to work with a US based female candidate who is willing to work at the comfort of home. For every client who sign up the service with us, we will pay you $50. The more the service that you are able to sell the more is your commission. There is no limit. We look forward to work with candidates who has zeal to be creative, motivated, and highly confident towards his success. Responsibilities: Candidate is required to be detailed oriented and demonstrated interests and understand the logistics business. Training material will be provided to gain knowledge. Work with clients, create follow ups routine if they are not available at the time of call, for a possible sale of service contract. Contact us in case if the client is looking for a bargain. Submit a weekly report before the end of day Friday. Candidate is required to show an excellent command over English, should know how to interact with clients. Knowledge and skills requirements: Proficiency in standard load-set including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and other equipment Influencing skills, to persuade clients to choose effective designs and deliverables solution, within budget requirements.
