We are a small software company that needs a customer support agent/ appointment setter. Day to day activities include but are not limited too answering incoming calls, providing training on our software, directing calls as appropriate, and Cold/Warm appointment setting.
Note need fluent Spoken/Written English, preferably close to a US accent. Also a desire to excel in a growing software company.
Technical: Skype installed, US Phone number, Excel Skills, Data Cleansing experience preferred, Excellent Appointment Setting Experience with Cold/Warm leads.
This project is for 1 week (40 hours) Between 9AM and 5PM and will become recurring upon success
