Good Day, We have an Asterisk Cluster using OpenSER as a sip router and a2billing as a billing engine. Server 1 - OpenSER Server 2 - MySQL Server 3 - Asterisk (there are actually 4 of them with 3 off until we get this routing problem fixed.) Server 4 - A2Billing We were configuring for incoming DID and somehow broke this system. AGI used to route all calls out, if credit was available. AGI now always prompts for language and asks the user to input a pin. We need our asterisk cluster to accept a sip registration, check against mysql/a2billing and route according to balance. Bal > 0.0 should route the call in or out. Can you assist? Inquire within. Thanks in advance, Thomas

Question: the AGI is placed on dial-plan or written on PHP script? I recommend you to wrap the AGI within PHP script instead of explicitly placed on dial-plan considering it will have a flexible way to manage the route from PHP script instead of on dial-plan. Let me know.
