I am looking for an individual experienced in data analysis, specifically SEM, using SPSS / AMOS programs. I require that EFA and CFA is completed, with notes included on why parameters where chosen / adopted. The analysis is to be performed on on two small data sets with similar variables. Further details and SPSS files will be provided.

I can use AMOS software for the purpose of Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) and testing Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA). I can use path diagram of SEM to determine model fitness in terms of model fitness ratios. I can interpret various model fitness ratios i.e. CMIN, CMIN/df, GFI, NFI, RMSEA. Moreover, I can add description of results using important references for CFA and SEM. These references include Hooper, Coughlan, & Mullen (2008), Wheaton et al., (1977), Jöreskog & Sörbom (1984), Bagozzi & Yi, (1988), Browne and Cudeck (1993). I can also calculate reliability of measures used for data collection.
