This is a sample code written in Delphi 7 that needs to compile in Delphi XE7 there it is a small project and a dpk it has a few errors like Incompatible types: 'AnsiChar' and 'Char' and Implicit string cast with potential data loss from 'string' to 'ShortString'. OK I compiled the dpk and the executable. I had to face an issue of array larger than 2gb on dpk and I substitute the UDPSocket with Indy UDPClient in the project.
