I need a system for making psychological surveys built. Google forms web app is closest in functionality and UX to what i need. One page for showing existing tests in a list, One page for test / results creation and one for displaying finished so it can be done. Some of the functions that Google forms app has are not needed (like uploading pictures, videos, dropdown menus in questions, grids and time) and some that it does not have i wish to add (like adding values to answers from 0 to 3 and that calculating them saving and displaying result when used submits finished survey). Listing and creating the tests are desktop sized - but the view of finished test that someone will fill out needs to be responsive and easy to use on mobile (1 question at a time per screen) and desktop (questions shown in a list like in google forms).
