Create C# code save and load jpeg after hiding text message

I need C# code. The project should be in Visual Studio 2013 with one project the worker code and the other a simple demo program that uses the worker code. Worker code has two methods as follows: SaveToJpeg( Bitmap image, string destinationfilename, string textmessagetohide ) --this method uses the image and saves to destinationfilename but uses steganography to hide the text image string LoadFromJpeg( string sourcefilename ) --this method uses opens the jpg and retrieves the hidden text message. All code must be clearly commented.
