Create Admin and Client side Control Panel for an Internet Service Provider ( VPS control panel )

We require the creation of a main control panel for an Internet Service Provider, used for Virtual Private servers. An example of what we would like would be something close to SolusVM. * Support both Xen and OpenVZ * Usage graphs * Clients will be able to manage every aspect of their accounts including change passwords, stop/start service/ reinstall operating system, TUN/TAP support, PPP Support.... * and more **** Integrated billing may also be an option if interested**** We require a competent PHP programmer, as we would like this done as soon as possible!
