Android: Auto-Download and Auto-Rating Software for multiple accounts

Hey Freelancers, I am searching for a skilled freelancer who is able to create a software for me which is running on a windows vserver that I will provide. The software should emulate the login to a google account, the download of predefined android apps from google play and the automated rating of the downloaded app. This proccess of logging in to a Google Account, downloading an app and rating that app is to be executed with various google accounts that I will provide ( I wil give a list of accounts and passwords to login). This software is acting like an emulator, emulating the login, download, and rating of apps. I want to be able to setup in the software the following things: - Accounts to login (I enter mail adress, password) - Apps to get downloaded and rated - Rating (5,4,3,2,1 star) - Rating text - Amount of times the app should get downloaded and rated In case google limits account logins from one computer eg. one server, also consider to integrate "HideMyAss" into the software to change IPs for each login. But that just in case it´s required and wont work otherwise. Project budget is 400 USD. Its a project for small and skilled freelancers. I need this to be done within 2 weeks.
