Hi, I am building a small finance app, and I will need to query Xignite (an API provider with a free trial) for some data, and load that data into an AWS Postgres instance. I would like to do this using a serverless architecture (like AWS Lambda). I will need to query a variety of Xignite APIs. Could you please build me a reusable script so that I can: 1. Define the Xignite API query 2. Define the table in AWS Postgres (which supports JSON) 3. Schedule the AWS Lambda job using a scheduled events process on a variable timeframe (eg. hourly, daily, etc) I will favour your project if I can deploy additional API queries entirely through PostgreSQL! Say if you can do this in your comments. Lastly, I will need well-commented code. I will need to understand the code before I mark the job as done - but I am a full time software engineer. Good luck! :)

Hi, I can develop the Lambda script you need. I looked at Xignite, and there are a lot of different APIs. Which ones will we be using? I assume we will do a call to a Xignite API, get some data and put it into a PostgreSQL DB as a json object. That's very straightforward. I can do this in a day. And Lambda will be triggered by a CloudWatch event with a schedule. You can edit the schedule as you wish. I always write the node.js code fully commented. You'll not have any difficulty understanding it. Please see reviews i've received. Regards, Engin

Hey there, I've worked with almost all of the Amazonn AWS services including Lambda, DynamoDB, CodeDeploy, ElasticBeanstalk, Elastic Load Balancer (ELB) in order to provide high availability with Scaling groups in order to load new instances whenever certain parameter metrics match. Hi, I have good experience with AWS webservices (Lambda,RDS,Dynamodb,API gateway etc..). I can make lambda script for you. We can store data in postgres without any issue, but i will suggest you to go for Dynamo for better and cost effective storage based on json. Give me chance for you to work, i will prove your decision right!
