Hello, This looks like a very interesting project, and I am certain I can help you realize your business goals. I have over 30 years of experience developing software on a wide variety of platforms. I have done a good deal of middleware work, including interfaces with AS400 systems, MQ Series, Payment gateways, and a long list of API's. I develop my own API's for integrating products together, and I also use third party API's to connect to services needed. In this case, I would use ADP's API for updating payroll information. I have not used the ADP API, and it looks like I would need to create a developer account and sign up as a partner. If these steps are taken care of already, then that would be much easier. If it is required to create an account we can decide how best to approach that. Once we can review the requirements of the project in detail, I would be willing to come up with a fixed-price quote with payment milestones.
