computer design ( lab report )

I have a lab under ( computer design course ) I will attach the the lab instaurations Also you will see what we come up on the lab at the end of following the instructions .. after seeing all these you will be able to write the lab report .(( its due in Tuesday noon )) 4 - 5 days from today lab report must have : - 1- purpose ( objective of the lab - at least one long paragraph ) 2-Equipment / circuits ( the components you used to do the lab ) 3-procedure ( brief and clear step that used during the entire lab time to do the lab . do not copy and past from the lab manual 4- flowchart ( flowchart should be drawn with word or visio ( visio is strongly preferred) no hand drown or print drawn flowchart 5-program code ( past the working code) 6-program code description ( describe how the code work in paragraphs . basically a word description of the flowchart and program code 7- New instructions ( give a brief description of the new instruction's used in the lab , with example of how to use them 8- conclusion ( Major problems encountered during lab , if any and how they were sloved ) ( any special measures which had to be taken to ensure proper code function , if any .. ) ( well explained answers to the questions found at the end of the each lab manual . )
