Create a plugin to a third-party application

We have a native C++ application and are interested in adding support to communicate with a third-party application using their plugin SDK. We wish to outsource this task. We have created a [login to view URL] file which receives commands from our application. Using the third-party plugin SDK, we want you to create a .dll to be opened by their application and will interact with our Communicator.dll. Our [login to view URL] contains a number of functions and callback functions that you will need to interact with and implement in the new .dll. We have already created a similar interface for another third-party application, so there is sample code demonstrating how to do this. As a workflow example, if we wanted to send a 3D point from our application to the third-party application then we would send it to our [login to view URL], the new .dll you need to create will eg listen out for callback functions and in turn will then tell the third-party application of the new 3D point. Once the project has been awarded, the freelancer will be directed to the third-party website where they will be able to download a 15 day evaluation version. The application must be created using Visual Studio 2012. You will be expected to produce debug and release build versions of code. You will be provided with both source code and binaries for multiple build configurations, enough sufficient to the task. You will be expected to produce a high quality of code and to adhere to our coding standards. You will be expected to submit patches for review prior to code being accepted and committed. We will test it using 64-bit Windows 7. We will be available during UK office hours and you will be expected to be able to work on this project without excessive amounts of supervision. I would also like to add that we would see this work as the beginning of a number of such projects over time, so we are interested in finding someone to whom we could regularly outsource projects.
