1. All Skype video chats should be recorded automatically, including incoming and outgoing calls. (as mp4) 2. Skype voice chats (when video cam is turned off) will be recorded as well (as mp3) 3. Should operate in the background with no UI. All files should be saved in the "Videos" folder 4. Should not require any DLL except for what is installed by Skype. 5. Should be developed under Visual Studio 2010, C++. No MFC. 6. Should work on Windows XP up to Windows 8.1

Dear Sir. I am developing a version of a skype recording application that can be modified to suit your needs. Now, is recording audio in, audio out and video in. Can do it without UI. The notification will not appear as long as you will insert it in the Skype accepted applications list. The main problem is that is developed in VB.Net and is using FFMpeg internally for files conversion. If You want me to prepare you a test application, please let me know. Best regards, Ionut

Hi, I think there are already many free skype video/audio recorders exists, including open source programs, for example Skype Call Recorder. If you still need to develop your own program, I think I am quite confident with this project with my over 10 years of C/C++ experience on Windows/Linux/Mac OS X platforms.
