We need salespersons to generate new business from property builders and developers who need to sell part-ex stock. New building in UK is having a renaissance. The bottleneck for house builders is people wanting to buy new homes can't sell their old houses. Builders take on part ex because of this but are limited as they cannot sell these fast through local agents without discounting them. Our sales team enables builders to sell their part ex stock quickly for full market value providing builders with cashflow to continue to grow. We need B2B sales people to get more stock from house builders. This is a booming market and will be on a bull-run for the next 5-10 years. This is an amazing opportunity for the right sales people to earn lots of OTE for many years to come.
