I AM MECHANICAL ENGINEER WITH FIRST CLASS. I AM PROFESSIONAL USER OF SOLIDWORKS, 2D DRAFTING, 3D MODELLING , SIMULATION , MOTION , ANIMATION PHOTOWORKS RENDERING . I AM USING THIS CAD SOFTWARE FROM PAST 10 YEARS. I HAVE DESIGNED AND DEVELOPED MORE THAN 100 PRODUCTS IN THIS HEAVY MACHINERY INDUSTRIES AND CREATED CATALOUGUE AND TRAINING MANUALS OF IT.

I will design in 3D and 2D with relevant blueprints for the manufacturer. I will supply pdf files to print of the 2D blueprints (drawings) for the manufacturer. First I will generate an industrial design concept. Second, I will analyze the concept parts and with approval assign a manufacturing method for each part. I will evaluate single parts functions and then fix the overall design. Thirdly, I will generate a prototype design. Electronic files and pdf drawings can be supplied as requested. CAD file formats available for manufacturer are: PARASOLID, ICIS, STEP, IGES, SOLIDWORKS, STL. This is what is included in this Bid. Duration in calendar days to be adjusted prior to bid acceptance to allow for a three day turn around at each milestone. Job can be done in three days with immediate approvals. Client approval process will add calendar days accordingly. Suggest a time frame of 20 days on the calendar with six days of activity according to milestone events. Exclusions: After prototype is accepted, I can be available for Pre-production design changes and design documents for manufacturer such as drawings for production with inspection dimensions, tolerances, and surface finishes. Assembly and use manuals, and product packaging design and marketing materials are also part of the Industrial Design Service I offer. These production-related design services are extra and can be arranged separately after the prototype design work is awarded and completed.
