Are you a freelance Recruitment Researcher / Sourcer with tenacity, charisma and an incredible track record, who can help us map the Chinese market and find and engage top passive talent for a world-famous tech brand? We need an experienced Mandarin speaking Recruiter (who also has a good command of English) for 1 - 3 months. You will have solid experience of researching, mapping and approaching top passive talent in China for international brands. You’ll be working from home for up to 4 hours daily. You must be able to gather market and talent intelligence discreetly, as well as have the interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport with passive candidates and fire up their interest talking about themselves and an opportunity.
