I need a sharp minded Business assistant to help me track daily agenda's, company meeting write ups and updates, project planning, can acquire legal information, set up appointments, some data entry pertaining to the business finances, and so much more. We have checklist and trainings for each of our team members. I need an assistant to help figure out what goes where. The pay starts off low but can work up higher. You must be able to speak English well and understand English well. You must be knowledgeable in Microsoft Word and Excel. You must be able to take notes quickly and have a good memory. Be sure to include the word "orange" in your application. Include it in a sentence of your choosing. Just to ensure you do read job postings. I am looking for a long term relationship. Please be reliable and available during 8am-9pm Central for any cases where I need to get a hold of you quickly. If I can't depend on you to be available then this will work for you. Thank you.

Secondly, I have worked as a Personal Assistant for years and could carry out the daily tasks from typing, attending to mails, flight bookings, and other admin works as advised. I plan to do this fulltime so you can be rest assured of my availability 40hrs/week especially between 8-9 central time when needed. I am vast with MS Office including word and excel.
