In addition to strong analytical and problem solving skills I am an internet marketer and also operate my own residential real estate business.
Absent the turn-around experience you listed as a qualifier, I am confident I can deliver successful results. With over 27 years in corporate America (prior to becoming an entrepreneur 7 years ago) I have held management / leadership positions responsible for setting goals and delivering IT projects for my business partners.
My approach will be to:
1. Gather inputs (the original business plan, metrics, etc.)
2. Identify variances to your plan (both negative and positive) to cull out weaknesses and strengths of the business.
3. Define mitigation plan for what isn't working (stop doing it or fix it) related to internal operations, and also address external factors (competition, changes in customer factors, technology, etc.).
4. Define any additional steps for what's going right (e.g., expand focus / effort to create more revenue, customers, etc.)
5. Budget / financial impact of change will be contemplated in final turnaround plan.
