Define mitigation plan for what isn't working (stop doing it or fix it) related to internal operations, and also address external factors (competition, changes in customer factors, technology, etc.). 4. Define any additional steps for what's going right (e.g., expand focus / effort to create more revenue, customers, etc.) 5. Budget / financial impact of change will be contemplated in final turnaround plan.
