I am currently writing my response to tender on my first commercial project in Australia. I would like assistance or provision a template or a successful proposal that can be used for the submission of my proposal for the construction industry. I would like to work with someone who has extensive experience in completing these types of Bid Proposals in the Building / Contruction industry. This document may also be known as : Response to tender / Bid Proposal / Tender Proposal / Tender Response etc.

Greetings: I am an experienced government proposal coordinator with content knowledge of the government construction industries. You can see feedback and projects on Elance as well as Linkedin (through Elance). It is difficult to anticipate total costs without seeing the request for proposal; however, a general proposal outline traditionally takes about 12 hours. This time is spent as follows after a project is awarded and funded: 1. Review RFP 2. Create checklist and format 3. Submit checklist and format to client; while client is reviewing format and responding to checklist begin draft development 4. Once checklist response is received, finalize draft 5. Submit draft to client (first milestone payment) 6. Revise draft based on client comment (once. more if still remaining budget) Depending on the day of the week the project is awarded and my current workload, and the client's abilty to timely respond, the minimum amount of time for Australian clients is three days.
