a football training aide

i want a product that will test the reaction time of a football being snapped. So a football will be attatched to a stick and have a cord attatched to it. When you pull the football back to simulate it being snapped the cord is pulled and at the other end it is attatched to a hitting or blocking pad, when the cord pulls the timer starts and when the linemen hits the pad after the ball is "snapped" the timer stops ..This give you the reaction time from the time the ball is snapped to hitting the pad. I would like it to be blue tooth so the coach will get the times on his phone each snapp.
