I need to build small circuit board that will have 10 output channels for Hot wire connections. Each wire connected to that channel will be feeding small appliance consuming from 70VAC to 120VAC and needing 1Amp load per channel. Neutral single line will be common and capable to hold up to 10Amps.
Once power applied to circuit board it has to energize all 10 channels one by one in a sequence, from 1 to 10th channel. Between each channel has to be time delay before it switch to next channel. Time delay could be set by user from easy to use controls, and such delay have to be in 1/4sec, 1/5sec, 3/4sec, 1sec or 1.5sec increments.
If user choose 1/2 second delay, once power applied to circuit board it powers first channel, then after 1/2sec delay powers second channel, then after 1/2 sec powers third channel and so forth till tenth channel.
Although user can set first five channels with one time setting, for example 1/4sec delay, and remaining 6-10 channels with 3/4sec delay. This way first five channels will be powered within 1.25 second: ( 1/4 sec ~ 1CH ~ 1/4sec ~ 2CH ~ 1/4sec ~ 3CH ~ 1/4sec ~ 4CH ~ 1/4sec ~ 5CH~ ).
Remaining five will be powered within 7.5sec:
( ~3/4sec ~ 6CH ~ 3/4sec ~ 7CH ~ 3/4sec ~ 8CH ~ 3/4sec ~ 9CH ~ 3/4sec ~ 10CH )
When power cut off to circuit board (70VAC-120VAC) all channels turn off automatically together.
There should be two controlling knobs or switches or something to choose time delay setting for the first 1-5 and last 6-10 channels.
I also need to get two samples to test them in our project.
Please give your quote for two samples including shipping and if you can 500 piece order.
We also need to make sure it will be safe to use and satisfy strict safety standards against electrical, fire hazard, etc. Wire diagram and OEM parts list required.
Thank you!

Hello,
Have a great day. We are running an R&D (Research and Development) setup. We will deliver you following.
1. two units of working circuit.
2. Schematics and bill of material.
3. PCB design and gerber files.
4. Source code of MCU.
Shipment will be done using UPS courier company. We also offer mass production at affordable rates.
Please feel free to contact.

Hello, If these delay are predefined to 1/4 sec ... 1.5 sec then simply two push buttons along with few LEDs will be the best way to add the timing configuration part for each set. However there is simpler way to add rotary switch but that will need some tool to adjust this parameter. We need to discuss on this little bit so that best way can be added in the design. I will use a micro controller and TRIACs to drive the 120V AC part. You will need to power the controller board from external power supply from 8V to 20V. Any power adopter or standalone power supply (which are nowadays available readily) could do the job pretty well. My bid includes designing the schematic, making the firmware, designing the PCB layout, making two prototypes and sending back to US as sample. In case everything goes fine then can build the required numbers as per your requirement. Please note this is estimated workaround time and might get delayed just a little, because sometimes making the PCB from manufacturer gets delayed in transit or something like that... But I will definitely adhere to the timeline mentioned here try sending the sample before that. Thanks for your time and looking forward to hear from you soon in this regard. Best Regards... Roy
I'm a electrical Engineering undergraduate.I have done several projects like this, I'm also new to freelance and dedicated to work and complete as soon as possible.
hi...
i can design your project in Altium Designer v14 or v15..
i ll provide to you schematics, PCB, BOM and gerber files and what you need
im interesting your project, pls give me more details..
thanks..
i can do this circuit
for time delay i will use:
Micro-controller 16f628
really
470k ohm resistance
2N222
and selector switch to select the time
relay for timer
also the voltage control i will use :
Z0607 -TRIAC
DB3 C312 -DIAC
500KΩ -Variable Resistor
37KΩ -Resistor
2A104J -Polyester film capacitor.
all your recommend i can designed and write the programs for micro controller
This is good time to do this time project because i have one year experiance in PCB desiging and The client said in description "10 channel with increasing delay" but i suggest you don't go with delay beause such condition always avoid by good programer , actully dealy excute the nop instructions and you never get correct delay so use timer and make it.
Delay Between o/p can Be adjustable 0.1Sec - 9.9Sec - Using Preset - Fine Control Possible
O/p Relay Or SSR Your Choice
O/p Sequence can be adjustable/User Selectable using Jumpers/Small Switch - 16 Combinations will be made available to user
I will Provide Simulation Circuit PCB Code
I wont provide sample or 500 piece
i am experienced in circuit designing, i have also designed a micro controller for commercial sales too for a company, so this should be easy. Just tell me if we can use a micro controller in this or not. and give me the size constraint for your PCB board and i will do it. The pcb will be manufactured in my lab itself.
