I want to manufacture a standing powered wheelchair that tilts, lifts, swivels (only the seat not the whole chair), reclines and stands. We want a specialized attendant control behind the chair so an attendant can drive the chair (not only joystick - this is the co-pilot attendant control that is included in the report). The Seat to ground height should be 20 inches max and ground clearance of 3 inches.
I require the 3d design with all the stress tests, mechanical and electrical 3d design with how it will work and move. This includes dimensions...weight distributions, placing of actuators and the type of actuators used with costs. Also the motors and type of motors (the power and force of motors etc).
Look at the report which is based on our current chair...you can make amendments to the design that can improve the design. We require the lowest weight, highest quality and lowest cost for the wheelchair design.
Remember this is a medical grade design project so everything should be tested and have failsafes incase things don't work out e.g. power outages and actuator problems. The chair should be drivable, if wanted, without electrical power incase of emergency.
