I am the best candidate because I have a history in ELearning and completed a masters in this a few years, I know what makes a successful course and have worked in course creation and development. I currently develop using captivate 8 and have used Captivate 5 and 7 in the years prior. I have a bank of resources and flash that could develop your slides still further and depending on time constraints could produce courses that can be used across platforms (ipad and mobile) as moodle allows. I have used moodle for course publishing for a number of years and understand the SCORM elements that are needed for a successful course with branching.
