The Competition: Slopestyle at the Colorado Freeride Festival in Winter Park, CO FMB Sanctioned event. August 12-14, 2016 The photo journalist must: 1] Arrive at course 20 min prior to competition. Write shot details on Start sheet to match the shot to the athlete. 2] Take as many still photo shots through the course of competition. Majority of the shots need to be in the Finals. 3] Take in audio interviews with as many athletes as you can connect with and your device/phone will allow. Ensure to ask the athlete's: Name Located? from? # of Years competing full-time in Mtn Plus more questions about his views on Mountain Biking as a sports and about his competition at the Festival. 4] Edit 20-40 images per stage and upload to shared link, including the interviewed athletes most esp., the start and finish action, plus (at the photographer's selection) a few event scene shots. Action Shots should be the bulk of each upload 5] Write the interview up in simple Q + A format. The interview is looked to be posted within 1 day. [login to view URL]
