the vision for my idea is an online clothes comparison website. clothing items in different categories (user will choose which categories) will be compared on top of eachother when selected from a scrolling banner with thumbnail images on. The thumbnail images will display purchase details on mouse over. I also need a facility for customers to upload images to the site themselves upon payment of a small fee. the customer will select the category for the item to display in and specify the timescale for the item to appear (fee will be dependent upon timescale). I do not need any design work doing only the back end of the site and the front end functionality as outlined above. I would be grateful if you could get back with a reasonable quote and timescale.
