Client login with admin

I need a Client Login Area for a website and a Admin area for the Client Area. Pretty much 4 pages. I have the design finished. 'See link' I would like to see a portfolio please and english is a must. Thanks. LOGIN PAGE Here the client or the website administrator can login. Once logged in, the client is taken to their CLIENT AREA page and the website admin is taken to the PROJECT FILES ADMINISTRATION page. CLIENT AREA Once logged in, the client is taken to their client page where, they can download files, or upload files to their folder and view Quicktime videos clips of uploaded videos. When a file is uploaded to a Project folder, if it is a Quicktime video file, it is listed under "Videos Files" where it can either be viewed or downloaded. Any other files, as well as the video files are listed in the Project Files window on the right, where they can be selected with check boxes and downloaded. 'See link' PROJECT FILES ADMINISTRATION When the website admin logs in they are brought to this page. Here they can select from 20 different CLIENT FOLDERS or edit each folder by clicking on the EDIT button to the right of the folder name. When a folder is clicked on, the files from this folder are shown on the right side of the page in the PROJECT FILES window. Here the files can be selected, and either Downloaded or Deleted. 'See link' On the left side, below the Client Folders, the admin can ADD FILES to the selected Project folder. When the admin clicks on the EDIT button next to the Client folders names, they are taken to the PASSWORD ADMINISTRATION. PASSWORD ADMINISTRATION On the left side we see the CURRENT FOLDER INFO from the selected folder. It shows the folder name, the login username and password for this folder. Below this is the EDIT FOLDER INFO where the admin can change the folder name, the username and the password for the folder. The admin can select a new folder to edit from the right side of the page.'See link' On the left side below EDIT FOLDER area, the admin can change the CURRENT ADMINISTRATION username and password for logging in.
