Delta compression .net pro

I need a small app that will demonstrate delta compression for files. this is often used in file systems for storing versions and also a lot in patches offered by software updates...we need you to build us a exe that does the following things. I want your app to point to 1 file and then point to another file that is a second version of file 1 and then doa delta compare using some md5 hashing and then create a new file with the difference in hashes in a 3rd file so then programmatically I can combine file and 3 and get file 2. your exe will need to do the following 1-Create delta diff- point to a file 1 (original) and then point to a file 2 (original +changes) hash both of them and then do a delta compression technique to comare the files and create a file 3 that is the difference. I think file 3 is also hashed data 2-Point to file 1 and then point to file 3 and then click a button to create file 2 from the original + hash of diff I am sure you understand what i am looking for . I want this in vb.net 2.0 code. It needs to be really good code and work with small and large files and we will test against both really well. If you are not going to use delta compression you need to let us know the algorithm you are choosing and why you will use it. You should alos be ready to point us to some documentation about the method you are using.
