Complete Joomla website design from PSD files

Hello, We are looking for someone who is experienced in building Joomla templates for Joomla 1.5.x and is also familiar with the shopping cart Virtuemart. The current website is ran off Wordpress and only items I wish to save are the information content pages (please PM for current website address for review). We do not wish to treat this as a migration, but if it needs to be migrated please explain, as our expertise are not in this area. What we are planning is starting from scratch with a fresh installation of Joomla 1.5.x. Provider will need to install a fresh copy of Joomla and setup MySQL database. We will provide access to Cpanel X, Wordpress, and FTP so you can work your magic!! The look and feel of the website required will be supplied in the form of: 1.) Home Page PSD 2.) Product Category Listing Page PSD 3.) Product Landing Page PSD 4.) Add to Cart Page PSD 5.) 1st Step of Checkout Process Page PSD 6.) Sitemap in excel, showing page structure / hierarchy. Also contains initial wireframe design. **Additional PSD pages if required will be provided as we move along. ***Please PM and will provide jpeg copies of the site design for review. Other mentionables: Virtuemart Shopping Cart component / plugin will need to be installed and configured in a custom manner. Additional virtuemart modules will need to be installed e.g) payment and shipping. There will be several joomla modules that need to be installed and customized e.g) custom forms. As the initial design moves forward please respond with other modules you believe to be required based upon the PSD files. Old legacy page content will need to be moved to new site. Excel will detail which content pages I wish to keep and move. Approximately 25-30 pages. Navigation is a horizontal suckerfish layout with drop-down menus for each main area. So you must be able to work with Suckerfish or accomplish the menu another way, so that it matches the PSD file and is fully functional and cross browser compatible. Left sidebar navigation is tied into the top horizontal navigation bar. Sidebar will show main categories and when selected will show a bulleted list of sub categories and the category currently selected will need to be highlighted in yellow. Both navigations will be 2 - 3 level deeps. Website needs to be SE0 friendly. We prefer the site to be a DIV design (tableless), rather than using tables. If this is not possible, please explain why. It is very important that the template design is without errors and is compatible with IE 6/7 and Firefox. Bidder must be professional, polite, courteous and be able to deliver this project in a timely manner! Bidders must have at least 25 feedbacks. We are flexible with the initial deadline as we prefer the work is done professionally and not rushed. Once the initial template is up and running, we can fine tune things over several days. No prepayment - will pay in installments as work is completed and the last 20% will not be paid until site is fully uploaded and functional.
