Looking for a programmer or team to create an auction website to be used for real estate. An exapmle could be at [login to view URL] or [login to view URL] although I want it to be more attractive cosmetically than those sites. This will be fairly simple compared to other online auction sites as there will not be any need for billing or shipping information, etc as with most online purchases. No money will be exchanged through the site. This is what the site will need- Proxy bidding Terms and conditions that must be agreed to when registering Anti sniper feature; extend bidding by x if bids received within x of deadline Listing management back office View all listing progress from back office View all bidders contact info from back office Bidder registration and verification (via email) If possible, real-time bidding view for all bidders Specify date and time of bidding to end Ability to specify per listing if the bids will be shown publicly or hidden This project needs to be completed asap within 5-10 days if possible.
