We are looking for a coder that has "specific" Google Mini experience. This means, a coder who has already completed coding jobs with the Google Mini.
Specific Tasks (Phase 1):
1, We would like to be able to add custom graphics and links above the organic search listing of the Mini.
Specifically, if the customer enters a search term, specific images and text (simulated advertisements) would show up at top, running horizontally above the search results.
2, We would like to add a column down the right side of the search results that would also be "search term sensitive," very much like #1 above, just vertically to the right of the search results.
As far as we understand, to do this, we would need a number of external stylesheets. We are currently using the default stylesheet that the mini provides, with some modifications (see below):

Phase 2 would be the creation of additional external stylesheets, after phase 1 is complete.
## Deliverables
1) We would like the coder to deliver us the finished XSLT stylesheet(s) for addition to our website.
Along with the stylesheet. we would need specific instructions on how to point the mini's search to the external stylesheet.
2) XSLT stylesheet must include specific instructions on any changes we must make to our pages (.html) to work with the new XSLT stylesheet (i.e, changes to the submit code, or additional META tags that need to be added to our website single pages).
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
## Platform
Our server is running Linux, while we are using a Frontpage 2003 environment with extensions enabled. We are running Apache server software. The Mini is at the same location (within the firewall) of our server.
