Create a competition administration system for a wordpress website

This needs custom coding really, its a WordPress website that has a competition to be added, but it must do all the following: 1) Allow people to enter more than once 2) Issue a unique ticket number to each competition entrant, and inform the client who is running the competition of each entry. 3) Request the payment details before the competition question is revealed (NOT ecommerce, payments can be bank wire or send a cheque, client will manually check that the client has paid after they have entered their answer to the question. If they have not paid their tickets will be deleted by the client manually using this system. 4) Selects a competition winner from the correct answers given. Only 1 can be a winner. So to give a walkthrough of the sequence of order Sequence of what we want people to do with the site Potential customer visits website V Potential customer Watches the video V Potential customer Reads and Agrees to T & C V Next page on the website Explain how it all works V On a webpage, the customer is given a form to complete where they can enter their details for payment - e.g. their bank details so the client can process a bank wire. V The customer is then Issues a Unique Ticket ID for this competition entry, this unique number is sent to the user and the website owner V At this stage the customer is asked the question, and given just 30 seconds to answer by typing their answer V Customer then taking to a thank you page. At no time are they told if they have the answer right or wrong. V Correct answer is taken to a list of correct answers, and incorrect answers sent to the incorrect answers list V Manually the client checks they have been paid for the competition entry V Client Deletes or contacts Non-Payers V Winner Manually Picked by the client The idea here is that this way, we can get the competition entrants to be able to enter more than once. The coder will be given the following access: WordPress login PHPMyAdmin FTP ExtendCP If you need to use something other than WordPress then so be it, but must be a PHP website
