I have installed membership pro plugin in my wordpress website. The paypal express checkout is also configured properly. The problem is when anyone is try to subscribe for any plan and makes the payment, the paypal gives an error shown below and the payment fails. "This payment cannot be completed and your account has not been charged. Please contact your merchant for more information." i have attached the screenshot as well. For someone who knows the problem, can do in 15 min. So bid accordingly. I am myself a wordpress expert and i can say that the issue is not in the website, but in the settings in paypal account. My budget in $15. Bid over the budget will be ignored.
