Classipress Custom Child Theme

1. We need a child theme or redesign of ClassiPress theme that looks like this layout. [login to view URL] Left and right of the content are widget areas for banners that needs to be fixed. So when user scrolls down, they stay fixed. It would be great if this would be an option in template. So that we can choose if we want fixed right and left column or normal that moves with scrolling of the page. These side banners need to have and option to link them to specific category. So when a user is at frontpage there is one set of left and right banners. When user goes into some ads category banners change to those specified for that category. 2. Top left widget needs to be a link to custom contact form in fancybox or something similiar with admin option to limit number of characters in "Message" part of contact form. 3. Top right widget needs to be login and register 4. We need a footer menu (yellow one in layout) 5. Banner 1 and Banner 2 (center top part in layout) are normal banners that are NOT fixed. Banner 1 needs to be linked to specific category. So when a user is at frontpage, there is one banner, and when he enters into some category there is another banner that is specified for that category of ads. 6. Fetaured ads need to look like on the layout - 3 photos with "price" and "more info" below pictures. Featured ads also need to be linked to category. So if user is in "real estate" there will be featured real estate ads, and if he is in cars/trucks part featured ads need to be related to cars and trucks category. 7. Latest ads category (see layout - "Last Minute oglasnik") 8. There needs to be an option to add icon to category list (see layout) 9. When you enter category, list of ads needs to look similiar to this child theme. [login to view URL] Three photos in row with "read more" and "price" written below picture. When you put a mouse onto picture, bigger one needs to show up (that part is the same like on that classipro theme I mentioned) Well, I believe this covers everthing almost in detail.
