A computerized pothole tracking and repair system. As potholes are reported, they are assigned an identifyiong number and stored by street address, size (on a scale of 1 to 10),location (middle crub, etc). A pre-view group will first examine each pothole to verify the correct ness of each report. If the report is invalid ( no pothole, worng address, etc.), the report will be discarded. each invalid report will be entered to an invalid report master file. After vericification, a valid report will be assigned a priority number ( on scale of 1 to 10 ) and a district number ( determined from street address), and sent the report to the repair crew for repair. the supervisor of the repair crew will first examin the priority number , location and size, and availability of the equipment to schedule the work date for each pothole. a pothole schedule file is created. the schedule report is distributed to each crewmember. After the pothole is repaired, a cost report will be generated to include the location, repair crew identifying number, number of people involved, equipment assigned, hours applied to repair , amount of filler material used, and cost of repair 9 computed from hours applied, number of people, for [login to view URL] ,a damage file is created to hold information about reported damage due to the pothole and includes citizen's name, address, phone number, type of damage, and dollar amount of damage. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law.
