Need a function with delphi source code that would determine given any file name as a short string the function would return the following: 1) the count of the sessions/users that have the file currently open. a result of zero means that the file is currently not open by any user. 2)an array of sessions/users info who have the file open with the following info. a. workstation user name who has the file open b. the mode that the file has been opened i.e read, read+write, Write, and sharing mode ---------------- Sample function header: Function FileOpenByWho( const anyFileName :string; var arrayofSessions:sessionInfoType ) :longint; function returns count of sessions; negative : any error condition, not possible to get the information about the file , etc 0 : file is not open by any user. positive : count of sessions, an array of sessions with session specific records are returned. --------------------- i need this function to deteremine who has a file open in a network environment.
