I need a software with following criteria: Betfair api Horse racing Executable on windows xp(home and professional), windows 2000 and internet explorer browser. I mean I travel a lot and would like to put the software on my home page to be able to use it that way. Of course I will also put it behind a password. In the morning I would like to predetermine to back certain horses on betfair certain time before the off ( for ex 2 minutes before the off). The software should be programmable to back the horses with best odds or with self determined odds. It should be possible also to follow in running odds for all the runs for the first 3 favourites and I should be able for ex in the morning to determine that the software backs the first horse in the run when the odds of the horse have gone down for ex to 1.3. 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
