C# User Control for Slideshow

I require a C# User Control: Slideshow The slideshow control will show a series of images from a specified directory (indluding images in subdirectories as well) making use of its full size (may be embedded in a window, or filling a full-screen form). The User Control will receive the following parameters: 1. Transition type: 1. No transitions, simply show one image after another 2. Fade transitions (one image fades to the next) 3. [Ken Burns effect][1] transitions 2. Transition Time 3. Speed 4. Directory of images (images may be in sub-dirs) Use of DirectX will be required, so knowledge in that area is an asset. This has **all been done** in an **Open Source** C# project, '[MediaPortal][2]': [login to view URL] The code for the above project may be checked out using subversion as [described here][3]: [login to view URL] It is okay to use this projects code as it is exactly what I am after. However, I am after a self-contained (and functioning) user control, so please do not merely chop out their code and deliver it to me as it will likely depend on many classes specifc to that project. One last trick: as the slideshow runs, Images might be added or removed from the directory at any time, so the 'next image' should be fetched (randomly) shortly prior to being displayed (i.e. do not build a list of images in the directory at initialization as newly added images would then never show up). In summary, I am looking for a user control (written in C#) that acts/behaves very much like the slideshow function in [MediaPortal][2]. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) A Test program making use of the control and its features. 3) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition. 4) Documention (good documentation within the code is okay). 5) A list of dependencies & requirements (if any). 6) List of all sources of code used (i.e. the mentioned open-source project) as well as the licenses accompanied by the used code (i.e. GPL, etc). note: everything should fall under the GPL, if you would like to use code licensed under a non GPL compatible license, please ask first. ## Platform 1) Windows XP+ 2) .Net Framework 3) DirectX System requirements should not be excessive, should run smoothly on any machine meeting the Windows XP minimum recomended requirements.
