CS Screenshot Program

Hello, I am after a programmer who could make a me a Screenshot type program for a game called counter-strike. The idea of this program is too take screenshots of clients who are connected to a counter-strike server to see whether they are running any “illegal?? programs to give them an advantage upon other players. How it would work: * Players do NOT need to run any client side software, it’s all done server side. (Windows for now) * At random intervals (example every 5mins, set in a config file) or given on an RCON (example: rcon ss_allclients, rcon ss_client <id>) command, the program will take screenshots of all the clients connected to the server or unless a player ID is specified it will take a single screenshot, then it would save the screen shot .jpg to an assigned folder on the server. (The screenshot name would be [login to view URL] * It would probably be easier and prefered if this was created as some sort of plug-in for “METAMOD??. I am willing to pay up to around $60 for this piece of software, its not a very big job but its to help combat cheaters online in counter-strike. Thankyou. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Windows XP/Server 2000/3 for now, if it works and does a good job Linux in the future (will be paid).
