I would like you to build me a PHP application that will allow the creation and editing of pages. There should be two interfaces, one for the manager to create user accounts, specify the www url and the actual unix server path to the files to edit, and the user interface that will allow you to manage the actual website files. The user manager should be very graphical and nice looking, with good icons for all of the buttons. The site should have shades of blue, but should have the look and feel of the [login to view URL] and [login to view URL] sites. The user management screens should have the following categories: Site -Navigation Top -Navigation Right -Navigation Left -Navigation Bottom -Copyright -Privacy Notice Pages -Create -Edit Content -Create -Edit Files -Upload -Browse The content section will allow you to create content blocks that can contain HTML or PHP code, you will then save the content module and name it something. The page section will allow you to create a page and insert content modules, HTML, and PHP code. Files upload will allow you to upload zip, pdf, doc, xls, jpg, gif, mp3, wav, mpg, fla, swf, ... files to the server. The program should actually alter the site files and just use server side includes to display the content. The program should not require MySQL or any other database application as it should be able to store all of the data in files. It should be able to manage many sites on a server by knowing the actual file location on the server for editing and the HTTP location for access through a web browser. Other options it should have is the ability to create and delete directories (folders) and secure them using HTTP authentication on an Apache server using the .htaccess and .htpasswd files. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform PHP / HTML
